I contacted Simon after putting a screw through my phone cable and then being told it would be £155 just to get British Telecom through the door!! Simon turned up on the day EARLY (how often does that happen these days!) and provided a very friendly and professional service. Simon thoroughly knows his stuff and was even able to improve my broadband speed using a more up-to-date phone point!
I would thoroughly recommend Fixafault to anyone and everyone, and Simon will certainly be the first person I contact in the future should I ever have problems again. Saved me a ton of cash too! 10/10!

We called Simon after a BT call-out that left us £125 worse off, still with a line fault & all extensions disconnected! Simon's visit was a total contrast - the problem identified & fixed, extensions reconnected & the system tested for a small fee. The explanation that Simon gave us also enabled us to email a complaint to BT & get an offer within hours to refund their charge + Simon's!
Brilliant service that we are happy to recommend; thanks Simon.

As I live in a rural area my Broadband speed was 300Kbps! BT said that was all I could expect. I changed my ISP to another company that provided ADSL2+ and that doubled my speed. The company advised that I got a telecom engineer to check out my line(s), and this is when I contacted Fix A Fault. Simon was able to separate my Broadband cable from the other telephone cables and add a special ADSL terminal.
The result is remarkable, I am now getting 4600 Kbps - WOW.
The cost was also reasonable. One very pleased customer.

I was having telephone connection and Broadband connection problems and it was looking like it would cost at least £200 for BT to come out and look at the problem.
I spoke to Simon and he came out on New Years Day to check my wiring. When a problem with the phone re-occured some days later he came straight back and remedied the problem.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Fixafault - they were thorough,very responsive,friendly and considerably cheaper than BT.

I phoned Simon because of noise on my phone line and he came and found the fault and was very imforamitive about what he was doing. The price quoted was considerabley cheaper than the one I received from BT and the job done was neat and tidy. Thank you Simon! |

We had experienced problems and unjustified expense with our main line provider. We contacted Fix a Fault and dealt with Simon who has provided us with a truly professional service and a full explanation of the work he was doing. He sorted the problem with our phone line swiftly and it has been a pleasure to deal with him. He kept us informed of exactly when he would call, which is very important to us as we are very busy people. | My computer was no where near my master BT socket and installing extensions had caused problems in the past with noise on the line, forcing my broadband connection to suffer. I spoke to Paul who said that he could install extensions and assure me that there would be no faults and he did so and I'm very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this company as he's an ex BT telephone engineer and therefore knows what he's on about. I'm very happy! |
