With over 50 years experience in the telecoms market our engineers are available day and night, ready to fix a fault at the drop of a hat. We have engineers who are either broadband and computer literate, able to solve and fix any problem that should arise due to faulty telephone lines.

This business is family run and is made up solely of ex BT (Openreach) engineers who after becoming disillusioned at where BT was heading, decided to try and focus once more on the main rule of business.

The  'customer always comes first'.

Having seen first hand, prices continually rising for residential and business customers and witnessed customers expressions when handed a £250 bill for a 2ft piece of wiring, we decided to go back to basics on customer focus and provide top quality service at an affordable price.

Although we cannot provide outside maintenance, 60% of all faults on customer lines are internal and BT would not be required. The average price for an engineer visit to your home ranges from £116 + VAT for BT, to a service provider like Talk Talk charging approx' £150 + vat.  

95% of telephone lines are maintained by BT. This is regardless of whether or not they provide your line or a service provider does (the other 5% being virgin ).

So why pay through the nose for a BT engineer who works for BT, when you can have one at the fraction of the price from our company.
