Fixafault Saved Us Money With Our Telephone Line Faults

John Moore was very happy with Fixafault after we saved him money and fixed his telephone line faults.
We called Simon after a BT call-out that left us £125 worse off, still with a line fault & all extensions disconnected! Simon’s visit was a total contrast – the problem identified & fixed, extensions reconnected & the system tested for a small fee. The explanation that Simon gave us also enabled us to email a complaint to BT & get an offer within hours to refund their charge + Simon’s!

Increase in Broadband Speed

Jim Addison was very happy when we increased his broadband speed after fixing faults with his telephone line.
As I live in a rural area my Broadband speed was 300Kbps! BT said that was all I could expect. I changed my ISP to another company that provided ADSL2+ and that doubled my speed. The company advised that I get a telecom engineer to check out my line(s), and this is when I contacted Fix A Fault. Simon was able to separate my Broadband cable from the other telephone cables and add a special ADSL terminal.
The result is remarkable, I am now getting 4600 Kbps – WOW.The cost was also reasonable. One very pleased customer.
